Good friends recommended Kenny two years ago to my wife and me, so Kenny did a good job for them, too. Kenny is not pushy, and we felt no pressure at the beginning of the looking process, when we were really just getting a feel for Miami, not sure of whether we really wanted to buy, or, if we were to buy, whether we should go for a house or a condo or water views (expensive) or not (not so expensive). Kenny is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the market here, having lived here all his life. He knows the good buildings and those with problems. He has a take on the areas (Miami vs Miami Beach, South Beach, mid Beach, North etc etc etc). He did not put pressure on us at all to do something. He ALWAYS seemed to be available to show us properties. And he ALWAYS picks up the phone when you want to talk to him (this is particularly valuable when you start negotiations and it gets a bit stressful). He's been through the drill many many times, and we felt in good hands under his guidance through the bidding, the negotiation, the inspection and the closing process. He's also a nice guy, and good company.
